Shilajit 100 % RESIN

Take 1 dose daily. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. For best results, take regularly, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach at least 30 min. before your first meal. Mix the dose into a sufficient amount of warm water, tea or milk.

After finishing a whole jar of Shilajit, a break of at least 1 week is recommended before taking it again.
