Recommended dosage
Take 1–2 capsules daily. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. For best results, take regularly, ideally with or after a meal with a sufficient amount of water. After finishing a whole bottle of Ashwagandha, a break of at least 1 week is recommended before taking it again.
